The online shop is a public page with your products: people choose what they want, leave their WhatsApp number and how they'll get it, and the order goes into Sales like any other sale. If the academy takes payments online, they pay right away.

Opening the shop
- Check Shop open. While it's closed, nobody can see it. Until you save, the panel reminds you: It opens when you save.
- Choose how orders are delivered (one or both):
- Pickup at the academy, with where and when to pick up.
- Shipping, with the cost (0 = free), where you ship to and how long it takes.
- If you want, fill in the Shop banner (see below).
- Save. Your shop's link (tuacademia.dojotally.com/tienda) appears at the top so you can copy or open it.
The shop shows the active products that have Sold in the online shop checked (see Products), with their photos and sizes. Sold-out items show as sold out; the exact stock isn't shown.
The shop banner
It's the first thing people see when they open the shop. Everything is optional: whatever you leave empty uses the default text.
- Headline: the big line at the top. Without one, it says Gear up to train.
- Line below: one line under the headline. Empty, it says The plus your academy's name and shop.
- "Back to the academy" link: your website or Instagram. It has to start with https://. Empty, the button doesn't show.
What the buyer sees
The banner is at the top, and the products below it:
- With a single product, it fills the page: a big photo, the sizes and + Add.
- With several, they show in a grid with a tab per category. Products with sizes say Choose size; the rest, + Add.
- If a product has no photo, your academy's logo is shown instead.
Ordering takes two steps:
- The order: the products (they can change the quantity), how they'll get it, and the total. With shipping, the cost is already included. Then, Continue with your order →.
- Details and payment: their name, their WhatsApp number, an email if they want and, with shipping, their address. With Back to your order they can change something.
On a phone, the order sits in a bar fixed at the bottom, with the total and View order (with how many items it has).
Prices and stock always come from DojoTally, never from the page.
- If you connected MercadoPago or Stripe, they can pay online right away. The payment is applied to the sale automatically.
- If not, or if they prefer, they get the bank transfer details on WhatsApp and pay on pickup.
Orders
- Each order goes into Sales with the Online tag and how it will be delivered. With Online shop only you see just those.
- Team members with permission to sell get a WhatsApp message with the order.
- Stock goes down when the order is placed. If it falls through, void the sale and the stock goes back.
- For pickup: when they come for it, Hand over.
- For shipping: Mark shipped, with the tracking number if you have it. The customer gets a WhatsApp message saying their order is on its way.
