The Products tab in the Shop holds your whole catalog: each product with its photo, category, sizes, stock, units sold this month and price.
Where: menu → Shop → Products

Creating a product
- Tap New product.
- Enter the name, the price (and currency), the cost (only people who can edit the shop see it: it's used for the margin), the code (SKU) and the category.
- If it has no sizes, enter the starting stock and the level at which you want a low-stock alert.
- If it has sizes, add them in Sizes: there are ready-made sets (gi A0–A4, T-shirt XS–XXL, kids M000–M4). Each size has its own stock, its minimum and, if needed, its own price and cost.
- Leave Sold in the online shop checked if you want it to appear in the online shop.
- Save. Then, when you edit it, you add the photos.
Photos
Open the product (by tapping its name in the list) and in Photos tap + Add photo. Up to 6 per product; they're shrunk automatically before uploading. The first one is used on the counter card and in the online shop; use Make first to choose which one.

So it looks good everywhere:
- Landscape 4:3, e.g. 1200 × 900 px. That's the shape of the card in the online shop.
- The product centered, with some space around it: on the counter the photo is cropped square and the edges are lost.
- A plain background, with nothing behind it.
- JPG, PNG or WebP up to 15 MB. If it's heavier, retake it at a lower quality.
In the online shop, a product with no photo shows your academy's logo.
Stock and filters
- You type stock directly in the list (what you counted) and it saves automatically. With sizes, you count size by size.
- When a product or size hits its minimum, it's flagged in the list and whoever runs the shop gets a WhatsApp message.
- Filter by text or SKU, by category, and by stock: To restock or Out of stock. With Show deactivated, the ones you no longer sell appear.
- To deactivate several, check them and tap Deactivate. They're not deleted: sales still show what was sold.
Exporting and importing the spreadsheet
Export downloads the list (what you're currently viewing) as a CSV spreadsheet for Excel. Import loads a spreadsheet: if the product already exists (by SKU, or by name if it has no SKU) it's updated with what's in the row; if not, it's created. Before saving, it shows you how many products are new, how many will be updated and which rows can't be imported.
The columns are: Name (required), SKU, Category, Price, Currency, Cost, Stock, Alert at, Sizes (A1=2; A2=3), Description and Active (Yes/No). The easiest way: export, edit the spreadsheet and import it back.
