Academies with kids classes
Kids classes fill the academy in the afternoon, but they also bring waivers, siblings who pay together and parents messaging on WhatsApp at all hours. DojoTally keeps it all organized, whether you teach jiu jitsu, judo, karate, taekwondo or any other discipline.
Enrollment and waivers
A parent or guardian completes enrollment from their phone: the child's details, any fields your academy asks for, and the minor waiver, signed by the responsible adult. You get everything already filled in, with the signed PDF on the student profile.
Families
Siblings go in a family group with whatever discount you set. Everyone's fees show up together in the portal, get paid online with MercadoPago or Stripe, and the receipt arrives by WhatsApp or email. If a parent trains too, they join the same group.
Classes by age and kids belts
Kids classes have their own category and color on the schedule, so they never get mixed up with adult classes, on the calendar or in absence tracking. And if your art uses kids belts, you load them with their two colors and a maximum age: as kids grow up, the suggestion moves them on to the adult belts.
Parents ask somewhere between work and dinner. The agent answers with the right class for their kid's age.
The agent replies on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger using your real schedule: it only offers classes for the child's age, books the trial class and sends the parent a reminder. If they don't show, it reaches out to reschedule.
The responsible adult, online, during enrollment. The signed waiver is saved as a PDF on the child's student profile, and if you want, the kiosk won't let them check in until it's signed.
Yes. You put them in a family group with its discount. Fees are shown and paid together from the portal, or you record them by hand if they pay in cash or by bank transfer.
No. Each class has its category, and absence tracking only counts the classes each student is supposed to attend: an adult never gets marked absent from the Kids class.
