With the sign-up link, new students sign up on their own from their phone: they enter their details, choose their plan, sign the waiver and they're in, with their first fee and their welcome message. You can put it in your Instagram bio or print the QR code for the front desk.

The sign-up link
Your link is tuacademia.dojotally.com/inscripcion. In Sign-up link you can copy it, open it to see how it looks, or tap Show QR to print it. It's also in Students, under Copy sign-up link.
What the student sees
A short form, designed for phones: first and last name, WhatsApp, email, date of birth, sex, the plan (with the price and the estimated first fee), whether someone referred them, an optional question and the waiver to read and sign.
When they finish, it tells them how to pay the first fee: with the online payment button if the academy takes payments through MercadoPago or Stripe, and with the bank transfer details. They get the welcome message with the link to their portal, and your team gets a notice that there's a new student.
What details to ask for
- Required sign-up details: you can require sex and date of birth, for stats by sex and age. They're asked for both when you sign someone up in the panel and in online sign-up.
- Custom fields: anything your academy wants to know that the system doesn't include. To get started, the most common ones: gi size, weight, injuries or allergies, and emergency contact (Add these), or create one with + New field.
- Tags: free-form labels ("competes", "scholarship", "injured") to filter the list and choose who to message. They're created from each student's profile.
The liability waiver
You edit the waiver text in the same section. Each change publishes a new version, and each signature stays tied to the text that was signed.
- Anyone under 18 signs through their parent or guardian. If you check At 16 or 17 both sign, both the guardian and the student sign.
- Anyone who hasn't signed sees it in their portal and can sign it from there.
- With Stop requiring it, the academy no longer asks for it.
