DojoTally vs. Argentine software
DojoApp, MiDojo.Digital and Jits Manager run your academy. DojoTally also answers for it.
All four are Argentine systems for martial arts academies, charge in pesos and work with MercadoPago. The big difference is the agent: DojoTally has one that answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, books trial classes and goes after monthly dues. Nothing like it appears on the other three websites.

What the agent does that they don't
The agent works on your academy's data in DojoTally: your timetable, your plans, your students and what each one owes. Neither DojoApp, MiDojo.Digital nor Jits Manager publishes anything like it as of October 2026.
- Answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger at any hourWith your real timetable, plans and prices: it reads them from the system, not from a text you have to keep up to date somewhere else.
- Knows which discipline they mean"Jiu jitsu", "BJJ", "muay thai", "thai boxing": it understands how people say it and answers with that discipline's classes.
- Books the trial classIn a slot that actually exists, and sends the prospect a 6-digit PIN to check in at the kiosk. If asked, it reschedules or cancels it.
- Follows up on missed trialsThe next day it offers other times so the prospect isn't lost.
- Tells you where they come fromIt asks prospects how they found the academy and notes who referred them.

How it works inside: dues, absence and waiting-list notices are sent by the system on its own, from your academy's WhatsApp; the agent handles the replies and the questions. You decide what gets sent and can pause it whenever you want.

Since the agent came in, monthly dues just come in: it messages every student and I stopped chasing anyone. I used to scrape the rent together around the 14th or 15th; now I have it before the 10th. Everything's more organized and students stick around.

To get an agent with DojoApp, MiDojo.Digital or Jits Manager you'd have to add a separate one: Botias, for example, from US$49 a month (≈ ARS 75,000), plus the work of loading your timetable, plans and prices into it. Even then it isn't connected to your dues, your timetable or your trial classes: it lives in another system that you keep up to date.

The honest math: if you only want the system, without an agent, DojoApp (ARS 29,000) and MiDojo.Digital (ARS 40,000) cost less than DojoTally Base (ARS 70,000) for 50 students. The difference is what it's worth to have someone answer, book and collect for you every day.
When to choose each
DojoApp
If you want the lowest price, don't need anyone answering for you and your students use iPhone: it has a native app there and a free plan up to 12 students.
MiDojo.Digital
If you run several locations on a tight budget (the Gold Pro plan covers 4 locations) or want competitions and seminars as part of grading.
Jits Manager
If your academy is BJJ only, you have lots of students and want a flat price with no cap, plus a native app on Android and iOS.
DojoTally
If enquiries reach you on WhatsApp and Instagram and you want someone to answer them, book trial classes, remind dues and message whoever stops coming, without you living on your phone. Also if you have students or locations outside Argentina (Stripe and 7 languages).
What about gym software?
There are Argentine systems built for gyms, such as GymFlow, that offer things DojoTally doesn't, such as turnstile access control and AI to build routines and WODs (DojoTally does issue ARCA electronic invoices too). Its expiry notices arrive as app notifications and it has a WhatsApp shortcut for inactive members; it doesn't publish an agent that answers chats. If your academy runs more like a gym than a dojo, they're worth a look [6].
